Do you have a Forever Love?

How is it possible that my sweet baby girl, Kimmee who was just 4 mos old when she was first placed in my arms, has now turned NINE years old! She’s always been beautiful, but this year especially, she seems to have just blossomed. The girls decided they wanted to go away to a hotel for their birthday, rather than having a party with their friends. We were able to get a 3rd night for just a penny, so we went away for 3 days! The weather was raining on 2 of the 3 days, so we spent lots of time swimming in the pool, soaking in the jacuzzi and playing in the game room. Oh, and eating! We took them shopping on Friday and they each picked out a special dress that had a matching dress for their dolls (although they went on their lambies instead) and they got all dolled up for dinner. They were so excited when the restaurant sang happy birthday to them and brought out a cake for them.
I used my Garden Romance kit for this layout, and you can find it HERE
Well, the kids have been sick, the laundry’s been piling up, I’ve had insomnia at night and can barely stay awake all day…. Life is good. (lol) But…. Garden Romance is finally in my store at Deco-pages! I’m really tickled with the way it turned out and hope you’ll all love it too. Here’s a few of the previews:
and here’s a layout I did with the kit of my daughter, Kaylee and I in Korea.
You can find the kit HERE
It seems like only yesterday that these pictures in the first layout were taken of my girls. But they were 5 then, and now they are 8. Time flies by so quickly! Thankfully, they are still just as close now as they were in these pictures. Although some days you’d never know that! LOL.
and here’s a layout of the girls at the recent Daddy Daughter Dance.
I used my new kit, True Love for the layouts . Fonts are Angelina and Little Lord Fontleroy. You can find True Love, HERE (ahhh… if it were only that easy, huh?)

My Sassafrass (aka Sassy) is a very petite, very sweet, but very skittish kitty. Recently our son and his girlfriend moved and could no longer keep their cat, Mayo. We decided to try bringing Mayo here on a trial basis to see how she got along with Sassy and our other cat, Smokey and our Bichon Frise, Brandy. Well, Brandy and Smokey had no problem with Mayo. But Sassy… Well, that was another story! Mayo spent every hour of the day stalking my sweet Sassy and terrorizing her. We tried just about everything to get Mayo to leave Sassy alone, but she wouldn’t. Poor Sassy spent most of her time hiding in closets, under beds, in drawers and anywhere else she could find to hide. We finally had to make the decision to find a new home for Mayo. It took Sassy a few days to believe that Mayo was really gone, but once she did she quickly went right back to being her usual sweet self. I did this layout with a photo I took of her on probably the first day she really believed that Mayo was gone. I used my In Love with Annie kit for the layout. Fonts are Brock Script, Artistamp, Black Chancery and Bizzy Bee.
I’m really tickled pink (no pun intended… okay, well maybe!) with the way this Valentine’s kit turned out. The Raggedy Annie’s and the little puppy dog were created by Primsy Doodle Designs and are just precious. The kit is available in my shop at Deco-pages.com for just $4.00 and includes 10 textured background papers and all sorts of embellishments to create that perfect layout or Valentine’s card.
